CODATU informs about the prize for the best PhD thesis written on Urban Mobility in Cities of Developing Countries

As part of the activities of its conference planned to be held in Dakar 13-16 September 2021, CODATU will organize a PhD Prize to encourage young PhD holders and PhD students to excel in research on urban mobility (transport) in cities of developing countries. Deadline for application 210621.

CODATU, with the support of Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie and Université Senghor, will reward two Prizes to the authors of the best PhD Thesis on Urban Mobility in Cities of Developing Countries. One prize will be awarded to the best PhD thesis written in English, and the other one will go to the best PhD thesis written in French.

The awarding ceremony is planned to be handed to the winners during the Closing Ceremony of CODATU XVIII, Dakar, Senegal, Senegal, 13-16 September 2021 if the pandemic situation allows the conference to be hold as planned.

Due to these uncertain conditions, CODATU is forced to set out a very tight time schedule and urge the potential applicants to answer this call, strictly complying with the requirements stated in this site and in the application form.
